职位描述
1. 渠道运营:
1. 搭建相关渠道分析体系,包括现状&趋势分析、预警体系的搭建,并持续迭代
2. 日常核心渠道的具体分析,发掘好的机会点&优秀案例、发现问题后及时预警,并与总部或区域协作,推动相应事件落地;
2. 根据业务需求,对渠道业务产品设计和业务流程设计优化,推动产品端实现和业务运营要求落地
3. 看板搭建与迭代:输出渠道/活动看板业务需求,进行数据看板的设计,满足日常或专项分析需求
4. 新项目的孵化,熟悉项目管理工具和项目管理工作模式
职位要求
1. 5年以上销售目标管理、业绩管理或数据分析相关工作经验,熟悉新能源直营体系的工作模式
2. 有良好的协作、沟通和互动能力
3. 有逻辑,有思考,喜欢从数据出发,熟练应用Excel,有SQL能力为加分项
4. 大学本科及以上学历
