职位描述

职位描述:
1、熟悉车辆结构、功能,深刻理解公司服务理念,执行蔚来汽车的服务质量运行标准,确保服务质量与品牌形象一致,提供用户“无忧”服务体验;
2、负责用户关系维护、用户满意度及用户对服务中心车辆交付评价,熟悉用户权益按需为用户提供,保证每位用户能得到专业而有温度的售后服务;应急处理突发事件及一般客诉;
3、负责事故车维修及保修理赔流程,保持与合作方良好沟通并根据用户需求给出最优服务方案,完成车辆维修理赔事宜;
4、负责车辆整体维修情况的把控及维修过程中的用户沟通,确保维修时效,维修质量,完工交付标准及维修服务体验;
5、服务中心日常管理要求包括但不限于产能,配件协调,工作汇报。
职位要求
职位要求:
1、认可NIO企业文化,日常中能践行NIO价值观;
2、本科及以上学历,汽车工程、汽车检测与维修相关专业或保险等相关专业,持有C1驾照,驾驶技能娴熟;
3、五年以上保险理赔、售后管理相关工作经验,能熟练运用办公软件,有豪华品牌同岗位工作优先。
4、性格开朗,沟通能力强,能承受工作压力;执行力强,配合度高。
