职位描述
岗位职责:
1、 开拓电驱动产品在国内及国外的市场,主导潜在客户的前期开发、询价获取、商务报价、协议谈判,项目定点后的项目交付及应收货款及售后响应的管理;
2、 实施和完善公司既定销售策略,完成业绩指标并深度挖掘客户需求推动业务增长,满足客户需求和提升客户满意,促进长期、良好、稳固的客户关系;
3、 季度市场及行业竞争态势分析汇报,部门内相关的其他业务拓展项目
职位要求
岗位要求:
1、 性别不限,性格开朗、诚实守信
2、 本科及以上学历,理工类背景优先
3、 4-6年及以上tier1新能源汽车三电等产品等销售经验,电驱动相关为佳;
4、 熟悉现有主流汽车厂商的研发及商务流程,有相关人脉为佳
5、 拥有良好的商务思维、以目标为导向,抗压性高,主动积极落地能力强;
6、 具备良好的观察力和应变能力,良好的形象和语言表达能力,擅长与人交流合作,具有敏锐的观察力、团队协作与落地能力
7、 语言要求:普通话标准、英语听说读写流利。
