职位描述

岗位核心定位：全面负责公司工厂、实验室，门店，办公室各类工程采购项目、改造修缮、公配设施设备及配套维保服务的采购全流程管理，统筹供应商开发、成本管控、合同落地、项目履约及售后维保工作，保障公司基建公共配套工程及设备稳定运行。
工作职责：
1、负责公司工厂生产区域、研发实验室的新建、改扩建、翻新、改造工程采购工作，包含土建、水电、通风、净化、暖通、消防、地坪、实验室专项工程等各类工程类项目的采购统筹，包含暖通空调、给排水设备、配电设备、通风净化设备、消防设备、空压机、水处理的设备及运维采购工作。
2、负责公司办公室装修、局部改造、空间优化等工装工程的采购对接、比价、招标及合同落地。
3、全程跟进工程项目采购全流程，包含需求对接、方案评审、供应商询价比价、招投标组织、商务谈判、合同签订。
4、负责供应商资质审核、实地考察、准入评估、分级管理，定期对供应商的施工质量、交付进度、服务态度、售后响应、性价比进行考核，优胜劣汰，优化供应商体系。
5、维护核心供应商关系，处理合作过程中的质量问题、进度延误、质量纠纷等各类异常问题，保障合作顺畅。
6、配合公司内审、验收、审计等工作，提供采购全流程资料，确保采购工作合规透明。

职位要求

学历与专业
本科及以上学历，工程造价、工程管理、采购管理、机电、土建等相关专业优先。
工作经验
1、8年及以上工程采购、基建采购、设备采购相关工作经验，有工厂、制造业、实验室，房建相关行业经验者优先。
2、熟悉门店建设，办公室工装、厂区改造、实验室净化工程、水电暖通、公配设备采购及维保全流程，有独立负责完整工程项目采购落地经验。
3、具备有汽车主机厂工作经验及成熟的工程、设备、维保类供应商资源者优先。
专业能力
1、熟悉工程采购流程、招投标流程、工程预算、施工工艺及验收标准，懂土建、装修、机电、净化、暖通消防等基础工程知识。
2、熟练掌握公配设备、工程维保采购标准，能够独立完成询价、议价、商务谈判、合同审核、成本核算工作。
3、熟练使用Office办公软件，能独立制作采购报表、台账，具备基础的图纸识图、工程量核算能力。
4、熟悉采购合规体系，具备风险管控意识，了解工程采购常见风险点及应对方式。
综合素质
1、具备良好的沟通协调、谈判能力，能够高效对接各部门及供应商，解决项目推进中的各类问题。
2、工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备较强的项目推进能力、抗压能力和执行力。
3、原则性强，职业素养高，廉洁自律，无不良从业记录。
