职位描述
1. 负责售后满意度中台系统的日常运营管理,确保重要指标数据输出准确及时。包括但不限于权限维护、数据清洗,看板搭建,系统迭代等;
2. 通过多维度指标交叉分析,动态监控与预警全国满意度情况,并制定合理的满意度提升策略;
3. 跨部门协同,推动满意度相关流程在整个售后服务体系中的闭环;
4. 区域满意度运营支持,包括安排组织满意度会议,政策流程宣贯,落地监控,客诉流程指引。
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历,2年以上汽车行业售后、运营、数据分析或客户关系管理相关岗位经验;
2. 具备汽车相关的基础知识, 了解用户关系管理及用户沟通技巧;
3. 具备体系化思维与组织协调能力,抗压应变能力强;
4. 熟练使用Excel(高级函数、数据透视表)、PPT;掌握SQL或至少一种BI工具(Tableau/Power BI等)者优先。
