Job Responsibilities:
新開店、改裝工程：現場丈量、繪圖、估價議價及發包、安排施工行程、工程進度控管、現場監工、驗收門市維修作業：維修現勘、議價及發包、驗收工程文書作業：新開店、改裝、修繕預算及請款等文書作業餐廳設備：例行維護、緊急維修、設備汰換工程需同時負責Pizza Hut 與KFC之相關專案
Requirements:
學歷要求 建築、設計、工程等相關科系畢業。
基本技能要求 具備良好的設備相關知識，理解施工圖面及施工工法。
電腦能力 熟悉 PC 操作，必須會使用 AutoCAD，並熟悉 MS Office。
