Job Description

小米汽车-流程体验专家-售后客服武汉社招全职职位 ID:R6925职位描述1、负责客服业务流程规划,建立与优化客服场景的服务流程;
2、以用户VOC为抓手,识别内部业务流程断点,以用户为中心,对现有流程和机制进行优化改进,提升用户体验;
3、对客服满意度、NSS等关键指标进行分析,制定改善计划,跟踪执行结果,持续推动体验升级;
4、牵头重要项目,通过跨部门沟通对接,协调资源,监督、推进项目重要节点工作执行落地情况,对项目效果进行结果验证。职位要求1、汽车、手机家电行业背景、客服团队管理经验优先;
2、客服行业从业经历5年以上;
3、具备自建客服与供应商管理经验;
4、熟悉客服、售后作业流程,包括不限于在线、400、工单或者智能客服能相关流程,或售后保养维修赔付等各类业务流程;
5、学习能力强,具有强烈的责任心和上进心,具备良好的团队合作精神,积极主动,能承受较大的工作压力;
6、具有COPC认证优先。 投递
