3.诊断现有渠道能力短板,设计并持续优化渠道能力标准体系
4.建立渠道分层分级管理与赋能模型,提升运营效率职位要求1. 5年以上的行业经验,新能源品牌1-10发展阶段的工作经验
2. 1~2年的渠道能力体系构建与团队管理相关经验
3. 有过中台与网发协同的经验,项目PMO的管理经验 投递
