Job Description

小米汽车-现场支持专员-售后客服武汉社招全职职位 ID:A02473职位描述1.负责监督线上服务中心的日常运营,包括话务量预测与排班管理、考勤管理、设备与运维管理、应急响应等方面,确保线上服务中心的正常运营。
2.负责监督线上服务中心的服务质量,包括客户满意度、服务水平、问题解决率等方面,确保线上服务中心的服务质量达到标准。
3.负责线上服务中心各部门现场协调工作,包含但不限于现场秩序、跨部门工作协调,确保各个部门之间的协作顺畅。职位要求1.本科及以上学历,3年以上客服运营团队管理或运营分析经验,汽车行业背景优先;
2.熟悉客服运营分析工作及相关流程;
3.熟悉业务数据分析方法、策略;
4.熟练使用数据分析工具;
5.具备出色的分析、归纳、总结能力,优秀的表达和文档撰写能力;
6.具备团队合作精神,有高度的工作责任心和敬业精神,积极向上。 投递
