1. 管理外包商封裝廠的管理事務
2. 回覆客戶封裝相關問題的問卷
3. 解決封裝廠相關量產異常問題及製程改善
4. 供應商客訴異常分析處理
5. 撰寫 8D report / 5Why report
6. 擔任外包封裝廠與公司內部團隊的技術交流及問題整合窗口

1. 熟悉Python/SQL/JMP經驗佳，能獨立設計與實作系統
2. 具備Machine Learning實務經驗佳

4. 具備 AI Agent / Agentic Workflow 實務經驗，理解 Planning、Multi-step Reasoning、Tool Calling、MCP-based Integration經驗佳
5. 具備良好的問題分析能力與跨團隊溝通合作經驗
