作為華邦的(竹北) 品質保證故障分析工程師 ，你將透過實驗室分析確保產品可靠性，於第一線協助客戶解決問題外，也協助內外部單位落實華邦的品質指標及政策。工作內容包含：
【工作內容】
1. 負責Home Brain相關產品之故障分析（FA）服務，進行客訴處理、問題解析，並撰寫正式FA報告及8D分析報告。
2. 擔任主要封裝（Package IC）客戶接洽窗口，負責跨部門溝通與問題協調。
3. 提升Package IC產品於日、韓、台客戶之整體滿意度。
4. 分析並處理日、韓、台客戶之產品申訴與品質異常問題。
5. 負責日、韓、台地區Package IC客戶之品質相關議題管理與持續改善。
工作地點：竹北辦公室(新竹縣竹北市文興路二段539號)
