The Position

患者解决方案经理是相应疾病领域 HCP（医疗专业人士）的主要接触点，负责制定患者整体解决方案相关的策略和相关项目的支持和执行工作，包含但不限于患者全程管理、创新支付解决方案、疾病认知（患者教育）、准入及安全运营以及上市前后产品的学术平台搭建等，从而提升标准化诊疗水平，提高患者知晓率和可及性，从而实现患者获益。

A. 患者全程管理

• 在生态圈内绘制患者就医流转图，从而更好的推动全程管理在医院内/间的落地。

• 协助生态圈内医院及相关科室推进和打造会诊通道，协助上下层医院间衔接流转，助力绿色转诊通道的建立，最终实现患者获益。

• 管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目的各项落地实施，并确保其合规性。

B. 支付方案

• 与准入团队合作，协助整合罗氏相关支付方案，传递完整支付解决方案信息。

C. 疾病认知（患者教育）

• 与第三方机构协作，针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略，协助开展患者教育，提升疾病认知，促进患者获益。

我们期待这样的您加入：

• 5年以上医药行业工作经验，有管理经验者优先

• 跨职能、或者相关治疗领域经验优先

• 拥有成长性思维和快速学习能力

• 优秀的沟通，合作和资源整合能力

教育程度/所获资格证书

医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
