Key responsibilities 重要职责
1) 通过RDPAC考试认证
2) 根据公司的整体策略,协助大区业务经理开发和执行区域的活动计划。
3) 协调执行区域内的市场活动,保证活动的学术性和有效性。
4) 协助大区管理各类项目。
Main job tasks 主要工作任务
1) 协助大区业务经理执行好与业务相关的各项教育和学术活动；
2) 与市场部产品经理合作，做好区域的市场活动；
3) 协助大区业务经理一起制订和讨论区域业务发展计划；
4) 分析区域业务和市场数据，与大区经理讨论发掘市场潜力；
5) 作为SE在各个大区的联络人，帮助大区经理推动SE的执行；
6) 维护与各个地区学术带头人的学术沟通渠道和机制；
7) 向市场部及时反馈对产品宣传资料和提示物的数量和质量需求；
8) 每月向大区经理，大区总监提交工作报告；
9) 遵守公司各项规章制度，强化合规意识，协助大区经理和大区总监及时发现以及纠正不合规的行为。
Ÿ 传达公司各项合规和财务政策，并为所管理的每个团队成员遵守公司合规及财务政策负责；
Ÿ 确保个人和团队通过公司定期的各项考试和认证，这些包括但不仅限于商业道德，QA，专业的疾病、产品和市场知识，SE和各项业务知识考试等等；
10) 积极配合公司的各项审计工作，根据审计结果的反馈进行工作改进；
11) 根据公司的年度预算，进行有效的费用管理，避免预算范围之外的费用发生并且保证费用发生符合公司财务以及合规政策；
