Job Description

线下用户增长-海口海口社招全职用户与服务 - 市场与传播本科及以上3-5 年职位描述1、异业资源拓展 & 活动落地
主动开拓外部企业、商圈、机构等异业合作资源,具备独立洽谈、对接、落地能力;
重点攻坚企业专场试驾会资源,全程负责前期对接、场地敲定、流程策划、现场执行、后期复盘。
2、车友社群日常维护
负责车主群日常维护、意向客户群日常运营维护,日常互动、话题引导、客情维系,提升群活跃度与用户粘性从而提升口碑。
3、车主活动策划、落地执行
负责线下车主面对面、自驾游、亲子活动、月度迎新会活动等全流程策划、方案撰写、流程排布、物料筹备、现场统筹、成本把控、活动复盘。
4、日常采购流程发起及归档,配合完成其他相关工作。职位要求1、认可蔚来、乐道的品牌理念,有汽车行业活动执行相关经验优先,熟悉车企线下活动整套流程。
2、具备独立谈异业、企业资源对接能力,有人脉资源、企业 / 商圈渠道资源者优先。
3、具备策划、流程梳理能力,执行力强,能扛事、能跑外场、现场控场能力强。
4、有社群运营经经历优先。
5、沟通表达、谈判协调能力优秀,做事细致靠谱,有责任心,能接受活动高峰期周末临时加班。 投递
