业务拓展经理 - 东南亚地区急招上海社招全职用户与服务 - 运营管理本科及以上5-7 年职位描述协调区域内的资源对区域经营结果P&L负责:
- 市场与竞品分析:组织开展市场调研,收集、分析市场信息、竞品动态及客户反馈,为公司的产品和策略调整提供决策依据 。
- 批零售管理:负责区域年度业务/目标计划,将公司总体批零售目标在区域内进行分解、下达,并制定具体的区域销售计划与市场策略,通过过程监控确保业绩指标达成。
- 市场开拓与渠道管理/客情维护:管理总代运营,快速相应市场需求,敏捷拉通内部资源。开拓区域内空白市场,开发新客户与新渠道。负责区域内销售网络的开拓,维护良好的客情关系,提升本地用户满意度。职位要求- 全日制统招本科,5年以上新能源汽车出海渠道拓展及成功运营经验。
- 领导与团队管理能力:能够有效激励和带领团队完成目标。
- 市场分析与战略规划能力:具备较强的商业敏感度和逻辑分析能力,能独立进行市场规划。
- 出色的沟通与谈判技巧:具备优秀的对内对外协调、沟通和商务谈判能力。
- 结果导向与抗压能力:以业绩为导向,责任心强,能在压力下工作。
- 语言:商务英语Must,区域小语种Plus.
