אחראי על תכנון, תזמון ובקרה של פעילויות הייצור והאריזה בהתאם לתכנית האספקות, זמינות משאבים וחומרי גלם, תוך הבטחת זרימה יעילה ועמידה ביעדי שירות, איכות ועלות
- תכנון פעילויות ייצור ואריזה בהתאם לנהלי בטיחות ואילוצי עבודה
- שילוב שיקולי בטיחות בתכנון עומסים, משמרות ושימוש במשאבים
- תכנון ייצור בהתאם לדרישות איכות, תקנים ומפרטים
- עבודה שוטפת מול איכות לטיפול בחריגות והשפעתן על התכנון
- בניית תכנית ייצור ואריזה יומית/שבועית בהתאם לביקושים והזמנות
- פתיחה, עדכון ומעקב אחר פקודות עבודה במערכת ERP
- תזמון קווי ייצור ואריזה בהתאם לזמינות משאבים, ציוד וכוח אדם
- מעקב אחר ביצוע בפועל מול תכנון ועדכון תכניות בהתאם לשינויים
- תיאום עם רכש/מחסן להבטחת זמינות חומרי גלם ואריזה
- זיהוי צווארי בקבוק והצעת פתרונות לשיפור זרימה ויעילות
- הפקת דוחות בקרה וניתוח פערים (עמידה בתכנית, חוסרים, עיכובים)
- עדכון ותעדוף פקודות עבודה בהתאם להנחיות ולמצב בפועל.
- המלצה על שינויים בתכנית הייצור והאריזה
- הצפת סיכונים ועיכובים והשפעתם על אספקות
- תואר ראשון רלוונטי (תעשייה וניהול / לוגיסטיקה – יתרון)
- שליטה באנגלית ברמה טובה
- שליטה ב-Office, בדגש על Excel
- יכולת עבודה בסביבה מרובת משימות ולחצים
