采购实习生-北京北京社招实习采购 / 贸易 / 交通 / 物流职位描述Your Responsibilities:
- Support Purchasing team to go through the internal process, including related documents, contracts management etc.;
-Support on conducting sourcing process including but not limit to scouting new suppliers, initiating kick-off meeting, distributing RFQ, etc;
-Support on new vendor application process & vendor communication;
-Continuously track the projects status for management review;
- Coordinate with other teams, arrange and prepare the internal meetings and workshops
职位要求Our Requirements:
-Bachelor or above student
-Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external
-Excellent in English. German desired, but not required
-Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
-Previous internship in international company or stayed abroad desired, not mandatory
