Job Description

电机控制研发工程师-常州常州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1.电机控制算法设计与实现: 负责永磁同步电机(PMSM)等电机的先进控制算法(如FOC)的设计、仿真、代码实现(C/C++)与调试优化;
2.系统建模与仿真: 建立电机及其控制系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink等工具进行系统级仿真,为算法设计和性能评估提供依据;
3.传感器集成与应用: 负责磁编码器、光电编码器等位置传感器的选型、解码电路设计、精度校准和故障诊断;
4.电磁特性分析与匹配: 与电机设计团队紧密合作,分析电机的电磁性能,确保电机本体与控制策略的最佳匹配,提升系统效率与功率密度;
5.软件编写与测试: 编写嵌入式软件代码,完成电机测试,确保代码质量和系统稳定性;
6.故障诊断:负责与电机控制相关失效分析,输出故障分析报告,提出解决方案;
7.技术文档撰写: 编写设计文档、测试报告和技术规范。职位要求1.电气工程、机械工程、自动控制及相关专业,本科及以上学历;
2.国家英语六级(CET-6) 或同等水平,具备良好的英文技术文献阅读能力;
3. 具备3年及以上电机控制或相关领域的研发工作经验;
4. 深入理解各类型电机,尤其是永磁同步电机(PMSM) 的工作原理、数学模型和动态特性,了解磁编码器、光电编码器、霍尔传感器等的工作原理、选型考量和应用条件;
5. 熟悉电机的电磁性能参数(如反电势、电感、磁链等)及其对控制系统的影响;
6.熟练掌握矢量控制(FOC) 原理及其实现,对MTPA、振动抑制等高级算法有实践经验者优先;
7.熟练使用MATLAB/Simulink进行控制系统建模和仿真;具备C语言编程和调试的能力;
8.具备一定的硬件基础知识,能阅读原理图,使用示波器、功率分析仪等进行调试。 投递
