Job Description

人力资源- 薪酬绩效方向北京、上海社招全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述一、岗位职责
1. 了解业务场景及动态,负责国内外薪酬激励方案设计;
2. 完善国内外的员工福利运营、派遣政策、户政政策等;
3. 关注本土化、国际化、创新化业务薪酬福利变化趋势,参与海内外薪酬福利方案设计,协助推行并持续跟进优化;
4.负责业务组织人力运营相关工作制度、流程的梳理完善和优化,确保业务交付的合法合规,流程高效以及良好的员工体验;
5、通过人力运营数据信息,对运营情况进行分析,以便更高效的贴近业务需求,为HRBP和员工提供服务并高效赋能
职位要求二、职位要求
1. 具有3年以上的工作经验,薪酬COE、长期激励工作和乙方咨询行业背景优先;
2. 拥有3年互联网、人工智能行业工作经验优先,拥有海内外期权激励、RSU等方案设计经验优先;
3. 具备良好的沟通能力,英语达到商务谈判水平优先。 投递
