Job Description

数字营销-北京北京全职品牌营销类职位描述1. 营销策划:基于品牌线上营销需求、独立策划产出营销策略方案,有爆点、可落地;
2. 事件/整合营销:提出创意idea、内容策划和传播规划,基于线上线下全链路传播、可一体化执行落地;
3. 资源/业务拓展:根据品牌发展阶段和实际需求,对外洽谈IP、赛事、跨界等资源谈判,对内协同各个部门做自闭环落地,并可根据实际情况梳理和优化SOP;
4. 社交媒体/媒介投放:有综艺、大剧、IP等资源合作外围营销经验;基于传播目标,做社媒领域资源组合、传播节奏等建议,并落地执行(包括但不限于达人投放,平台项目合作等)。职位要求1. 工作至少3年以上,有快消、饮料集团品牌经验优先
2. 有品牌资源和生意联动的意识,有渠道合作经验优先;
3. 有营销策略、创意产出和媒介投放经验,有成功的营销case;熟悉社交媒体(抖音、B站、小红书、微博)的热点和打法、熟悉媒介资源外围打法;
4. 喜欢洞察趋势,习惯并擅于从表象挖掘背后的规律和逻辑;
5. 沟通表达界面好、思路清晰,有协作意识、并善于协调关系; 投递
