岗位职责:
1. 对于特殊渠道高增长的抗压性和热情
2. 负责特渠客户的开发,合同谈判,商品规划及销售计划制定
3. 能够独立完成公司内部流程,同时规避流程风险
4. 管理协调区域销售队伍,包括各类指标分解、资源分配
5. 完成上级下达的其它任务,定期反馈信息及数据统计,形成定期报告
6. 定期回顾分析生意状况,处理各种紧急事宜
任职条件:
1. 大学本科及以上学历
2. 3年以上快消品行业特渠销售经验,有成功案例者优先, 熟悉封闭特殊渠道客户优先
3. 熟悉市场,了解特渠的销售模式和策略
4. 具备良好的谈判技巧和团队合作精神
5. 自我驱动力,能在压力下保持高效工作
6. 具备良好的内外部沟通能力
