资深渠道运营 - 资源外拓上海社招全职职能与支持本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1. 渠道业务策略与规划:负责制定并执行 【以全国乐道销售顾问为单位的资源外拓 & 用户增长】运营策略,明确运营目标与增长路径,并对最终的业务结果(销售个人-主动外拓用户量)负责;
2. 异业资源开发与维护:了解并推动符合品牌和销售场景需求的各类资源开发,维护,制定异业合作联动计划并推动落地实施,对合作方有成熟的SOP运营机制
3. 区域能力建设与提升:与全国区域公司的市场用增团队 & 销售团队高效配合 & 赋能,真正做到提升每个销售顾问的资源外拓能力;
4. 总部项目运营 & 管理:以项目经理身份,积极调动总部各团队资源,落地跨部门合作项目并达成预期目。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历,3年以上市场/销售/大客户管理工作经验,亲自带团队出色达成的用户拓展目标,对汽车行业与智能汽车有较深认知,行业包括但不限于新能源汽车、保险、教培、房产等;
2. 有较强的商业敏锐度,优秀的商业拓展能力和商务谈判能力,善于建立持续稳定的合作伙伴关系;
3. 丰富的项目及预算管理经验,善用飞书等工具进行项目管理;
4. 主动积极,拥有实干精神,专注细节,能按时按质完成策略规划和落地计划。 投递
