Job Description

订阅渠道运营拓展-专家北京社招全职产品本科及以上5-7 年职位描述工作职责
1.渠道策略制定:制定线下渠道策略,明确各渠道的转化目标,并持续优化。
2.渠道合作落地:跟进FL等重点内部渠道,制定渠道合作方案,并推动在渠道落地。
3.渠道赋能:对渠道进行智能辅助驾驶业务知识相关的培训和赋能。
4.渠道日常管理:跟进内部线下渠道日常管理运行,发现并转化未被发觉的沉默用户,持续提升订阅转化效率。
5.渠道活动策划和执行:联合线下渠道开展 “智能辅助驾驶体验” 活动,组织用户实测智能辅助驾驶功能,搭配订阅立减、礼品赠送等转化激励。
6.渠道挖掘:挖掘和跟进外部销售渠道,扩大渠道影响。
职位要求职位要求:
1.具备一定的目标和策略制定能力,能通过数据驱动持续优化策略。
2.制定计划和流程,并且能有效推进落地,具备相对复杂项目的管理能力。
3.具备优秀的跨部门协同及沟通能力,有主动学习成长意识,能接受一定程度的出差。
4.5年及以上工作经验,有智能辅助驾驶、汽车相关行业、互联网渠道运营等相关经验优先。 投递
