Job Description

线下用户增长(活动)-南充成都社招全职用户与服务 - 市场与传播本科及以上3-5 年职位描述1. 基于区域及所在片区整体目标,制定市场活动周期计划并地执行,提升品牌及产品的本地化用户体验,确保相应目标达成;
2. 以门店为中心,拓展以社区/写字楼/零售为核心的跨界合作资源,通过异业合作带动区域用户发展的高效提升;
3. 开展与商场合作的系列营销活动,推进渠道宣传、节日节点项目联动的实际落地,有效协同销售端完成试驾转化等工作;
4. 基于路演、车展、品牌联动等大型项目,统筹多渠道资源、推进跨部门合作,确保项目高效落地;
5. 定期沟通供应商确定团队项目执行计划与复盘,指导监督执行方,根据品牌视觉要求推进活动开展,确保团队线下活动有效进行。职位要求1、本科及以上学历,3年及以上市场营销相关工作经验及团队管理经验,具备独立执行市场活动能力;
2、拥有良好的品牌意识,对新能源行业及蔚来品牌具备一定认知,有汽车行业市场营销经验的优先;
3、具备优秀的市场数据分析、跨部门沟通协调及项目管理能力;
4、具有较强的市场资源挖掘能力及快速整合的项目推进能力。 投递
