Job Description

量产产品质量工程师-底盘上海社招全职工程技术 - 质量管理本科及以上7-10 年职位描述Responsibility:
1. Timely response field issues, especially for high severity issues, always work with team to develop ERA/ICA
及时响应售后问题，尤其是高严重度问题，确保紧急相应措施，临时措施的及时执行
2. Lead team to work on warranty issues (IPTV, CPV), reliability issues to ensure issue timely contained & root cause identified & PCA (Permanent Correction Action) implemented;
牵头售后三包问题、耐久问题。降低千台车维修频次，单车维修成本并确保问题的有效围堵，根本原因的识别以及长期措施的执行
3. Lead cross function team for top issue analysis, resolution and improve the product & process to meet the quality target.
牵头跨部门团队攻关重点问题、疑难问题的分析、改善和解决。
4. Prepare issue report and quality status report to support management review
准备问题及质量状况的报告，供管理层合理决策
职位要求Requirements:
1. Work Experience: product development, BEV background preferred, experienced in EE products (Wiring harness, ECU, issue diagnosis) …
对底盘系统及相关子零件有较深的理解（制动系统，悬架系统，转向系统，传动系统，底盘各类结构件等）,有产品开发、纯电动车企工作背景优先
2. Quality Tools: Familiar in G8D, 6 Sigma is a plus
熟练使用G8D, 6Sigma绿带、黑带优先
3. Language: English (Written & Oral): Fluent
能处理英文邮件及与电话会议
4. Personality: self-motivation, Great communication skills and willing to learn
