About the Role
该职位将在实习期间负责：
支持友邦人寿财务转型团队日常项目运作，参与项目管理、内部培训及资料整理等工作，通过实际项目实践，帮助实习生了解企业财务转型、流程优化及数字化工具在财务领域的应用。
具体工作内容如下：
• 协助财务转型相关项目的日常管理工作，包括项目资料整理、进度跟踪及会议纪要等；
• 支持财务培训及知识管理工作，如培训材料制作、课程资料维护等；
• 协助准备项目汇报材料，参与PPT、Excel数据整理及分析工作；
• 参与跨团队沟通，协助收集、整理业务需求及反馈信息；
• 根据需要，尝试并协助应用AI工具，提高工作效率与资料处理质量。
人选画像：
• 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，财务、会计、管理、信息管理、商科或相关专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 软件（Excel、PowerPoint、Word），具备一定的数据整理和展示能力；
• 学习能力强，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和抗压能力；
• 具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作意识，做事认真、责任心强；
• 对数字化、自动化或 AI 工具有兴趣，愿意学习并尝试将其应用到实际工作中（有相关经验者优先）。
