Job Description

电商运营-分销组北京全职电商运营类职位描述1, 负责电商渠道线上经销体系的1-10拓量,包括经销商的招募、授权、合同协议、分级管理、进货管理等,完成体制、制度、政策、流程的相关搭建和建立
2,负责经销商店铺在天猫、淘宝、京东、拼多多等平台上店铺的授权审核、运营规划、进货管理、账目核对,建立店铺群的运营策略,把控渠道整体利润贡献
3,负责开拓经销商或直营的其他资源渠道,包括但不限于:企业购、集采、内购、一件代发等,形成销售网络,持续扩大市场份额
4, 负责电商全渠道的渠道管控工作,对接维权控价第三方进行全渠道的价格监测筛查、授权认证与排查、账号管理与侵权投诉、完成三方管理及费用核算
5, 负责电商渠道经销商的拓展、谈判,根据经销商资质和业务需求匹配合理的授权销售渠道、销售产品,管控经销商滚动库存,进行进货/费用的核算与确认
6, 负责电商线上经销商的销售管理,包括明确产品方案、制定促销政策、平台合作谈判、日常进销存管理、大型营销资源对接、对渠道整体费比负责
7, 把握市场趋势和需求,挖掘生意持续增长点,进行分销渠道的数据统计和相关分析,持续优化业务模式,培训经销商并进行运营指导,提升运营水平职位要求1, 本科及以上学历,电子商务,经管类,贸易类,营销类等相关专业优先
2, 具有2-6年快消品电商/渠道/分销管理经验,具有食品饮料行业背景优先,有经销商资源优先
3, 优秀的谈判能力,市场嗅觉和商业思维以及优秀的分析能力,适应能力,持续学习能力 投递
