ארגון מעוז פועל לקידום מענה לאתגרים הבוערים הניצבים בפני מדינת ישראל בתחום החברתי-כלכלי, באמצעות בניית רשת של מנהיגים ומנהיגות המגיעים/ות מהמגזרים החברתי, הממשלתי והפרטי, ומייצגים/ות קהילות שונות בחברה, אשר פועלים/ות יחד ומובילים/ות יוזמות ושינויים משמעותיים בחברה הישראלית.
מעוז גלובל פועל להרחבת ההשפעה של מעוז בזירה הבינלאומית, באמצעות יצירת שותפויות אסטרטגיות, פיתוח תהליכי למידה חוצי גבולות וחיבור בין מובילי שינוי בישראל לבין רשתות וארגונים ברחבי העולם. לצד הבאת ידע וכלים מהעולם לחיזוק העשייה בישראל, מעוז גלובל פועל גם להפצת מודלים שפותחו בישראל בזירה הבינלאומית - במטרה לתרום לחיזוק חוסנן של חברות דמוקרטיות ובני בריתן, דרך מנהיגות, רשתות וכלים להתמודדות עם קיטוב וחיזוק שיתוף פעולה.
בימים אלו אנו מחפשים רכז/ת שיצטרף/תצטרף אלינו בכפיפות לסמנכ"לית אסטרטגיה גלובלית ופיתוח עסקי, האמונה על הרחבת פעילות מעוז בזירה הבינלאומית (ארצות הברית), לתפקיד עם אחריות מקצה לקצה והוצאה לפועל של פעילות בינלאומית מורכבת - תיאומים, שותפויות ומסעות מנהיגות.
התפקיד כולל עבודה שוטפת באנגלית מול בכירים מחו״ל והובלת תהליכים מרובי ממשקים בסביבה דינמית ואינטנסיבית, לצד עבודה בשעות גמישות ממשרדי הארגון בלוד ובשילוב עבודה מרחוק מול הסמנכ"לית וגורמים בינלאומיים.

MAOZ is a platform for a growing Network of 1,200 senior, diverse, and influential leaders from across Israeli society, working together to strengthen the Israel public systems and socio-economic resilience in one of the most challenging times in Israel.
MAOZ Network members include CEOs, mayors, directors-general, and executives from government, local authorities, business, and civil society - representing all sectors and populations.
The leaders join MAOZ through a highly meticulous admission process and undergo intensive, transformative leadership programs. These programs strengthen their leadership, deepen their understanding of Israeli society, and equip them to navigate complex, systemic challenges.
As part of the Network, members continue to learn and collaborate across sectors - launching and leading initiatives that drive meaningful systemic changes in health, education, employment, local government, welfare, and rehabilitation of the South and the North of Israel.
