岗位职责
1.负责牡丹江、鸡西两个城市全渠道生意管理
2. 负责团队管理、人才培养与士气激励,联动销售能力发展团队,保障团队培训落地执行;
3. 制定并落地年度业务单元规划,达成既定渠道营收指标与业绩目标,按需完成各项工作汇报;
4. 维护优质客户合作关系,推动旗下品类实现行业标杆级市场运营表现;
5. 对接重点协作方,涵盖大客户团队、品类部门、市场推广团队、销售能力组及客户财务团队,实现所辖区域效益最大化;
6. 深度掌握品类知识与市场洞察,指导团队运用品类分析工具,赋能客户科学决策,助力品类增长、达成年度经营规划。
岗位要求:
本科学历优先;
5年以上快速消费品销售工作经验、其中3年以上经销商管理经验;
熟悉当地市场,熟悉全渠道;
执行能力强,并且有一定的沟通协调能力;
吃苦耐劳,抗压能力强。
