1.各類報表、文件之繕打、製作、整理、掃描與歸檔。
2.客戶來電接聽與問題初步處理，必要時轉交相關單位。
3.帳務處理（含請款流程、發票開立與基本核帳）。
4.收款與催收作業支援（含對帳與協助財務單位作業）。
5.協助主管交辦之事項，並可靈活調整工作優先順序。
