Job Description

校招-咸宁创新研发咸宁正式食品饮料研发类职位描述1、根据企业战略和市场规划,专职饮料产品的研制开发和创新;
2、协助饮料新产品概念、口味、定位等调研测试、进行饮料产品的配方、工艺
小试开发和中试及试生产落地;
3、探索饮料原料来源及原料风险评估。职位要求1、 2026届应届,研究生及以上学历,食品科学与工程、食品营养、生物工程与发酵工程、中药学(药食同源、天然产物)、化学专业(高分子、胶体)、生物化工等食品相关专业优先,上述专业交叉学科亦可。
2、专业成绩名列前茅,善于钻研、善于思考、具有解决复杂问题的专业技术能
力。
3、具备扎实的专业理论基础,熟悉原料、工艺等相关知识;
4、有丰富的科研经历并取得优秀结果,在食品科学相关领域国际主流期刊以第
一作者身份发表过高水平 SCI 论文者优先
5、具备敏感的市场洞察力及相应的市场调研能力,自我驱动型;
6、团队协作与沟通: 具备较好的跨部门沟通和协调能力;
7、抗压能力与适应性: 能适应快节奏、高不确定性的创新环境,拥抱变化,
