校招-北京植物饮品开发北京正式食品饮料研发类职位描述1、根据企业战略和市场规划,专职饮料产品的研制开发和创新;
2、协助饮料新产品概念、口味、定位等调研测试、进行饮料产品的配方、工艺 小试开发和中试及试生产落地;
3、探索饮料原料来源、特性及原料风险评估。 职位要求任职要求:
1、 2026届应届,研究生及以上学历,中药学(药食同源、 天然产物)、食品科学与工程、食品营养等与药食同源相关专业优先,上述专业交叉学科亦可;
2、专业成绩名列前茅,善于钻研、善于思考、具有解决复杂问题的专业技术能力;
3、具备扎实的专业理论基础,熟悉药食同源食材的性味归经、特性成分、配伍理论,并能将相关知识应用到饮品开发中;
4、具备敏感的市场洞察力及相应的市场调研能力,自我驱动型;
5、团队协作与沟通: 具备较好的跨部门沟通和协调能力;
6、抗压能力与适应性: 能适应快节奏、高不确定性的创新环境,拥抱变化, 能从失败中快速学习并迭代 投递
