Job Description

特渠主管-安徽合肥全职市场销售类职位描述1、渠道运营:负责元气产品重点特通渠道(例如餐饮、交通、休闲娱乐等)业务板块的开发和经营工作;
2、目标设定:年度销售预测,目标设定和分解,任务制定及规划;
3、费用管理:负责对应市场费用管理、预算规划与实际使用,以及成本控制、风险管理、费用核算等工作;
4、任务追踪:通过每周/日业绩看板跟踪各系统任务达成情况,发现并解决问题,持续优化工作流程;
5、关系维护:负责经销商、服务商的管理及直营客户的谈判、维护良好客情关系;
6、活动落地:负责沟通日常及重要品牌活动的执行落地,并进行中长期的活动规划;
7、盘点回顾:以月为时间节点做好任务复盘,评估渠道月度表现。
职位要求1、大专及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业;
2、3年以上快消行业工作经验,有销售管理工作经历者优先;
3、具备较强人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;
4、有较强的事业心,具备一定的领导能力,能接受长期出差;
5、特殊通路渠道工作经验优先(自贩机、餐饮、交通、医院、学校、休闲娱乐、办公场所)。 投递
