Job Description

活动运营-日本市场北京全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述工作职责
1、与中台团队协作,承接全球大型营收活动落地日本市场。负责数值调整、本地化包装、日语校对、活动宣发,提升活动转化效果;
2、独立策划日本本地营收活动,包括方案设计、资源协调、上线执行与复盘分析,并对活动流水结果负责;
3、负责语音房生态运营,通过提升语音房数量、活跃度及内容质量,构建高转化内容场景,推动营收增长;
4、跟进竞品及行业趋势,持续优化活动玩法,同时推动活动工具及后台功能优化,提升整体运营效率。
职位要求1、3年以上日本直播/语音/社交平台活动运营经验,有营收或商业化经验优先;
2、熟悉付费活动玩法(充值返利、榜单竞争、礼包设计等),理解用户付费心理;
3、具备活动数值设计或调优经验,对转化率、ARPPU、ROI等核心指标敏感 ;
4、日语流利(可独立完成本地化及沟通),不限于文字及语音场景;
5、能独立推进活动,同时具备跨团队(中台/产品/BD)协作能力 ;
6、有较强的结果导向意识和抗压能力,能够承担营收或付费转化目标。 投递
