数采设备系统资深工程师/专家-机器人方向深圳全职智能机器人板块职位描述1.负责机器人穿戴式数据采集设备嵌入式系统整体方案设计、架构选型与需求落地。
2.领衔和保障嵌入式固件/驱动开发：传感器采集、通信协议、电源管理、Bootloader、BSP 实施落地。
3.实现多传感器同步采集、高可靠数据传输、低功耗优化与实时性保障。
4.负责嵌入式系统的调试、测试和问题排查工作与协作团队进行联调，解决数据精度、延迟、丢包、稳定性等核心问题。
5.技术攻关：穿戴设备小型化、低功耗、高抗干扰、量产可靠性等关键瓶颈。
6.负责各类技术文档，包括系统设计文档、软件设计文档、接口规范、测试报告等
7.负责产品从需求、开发、验证、转产到量产维护全流程嵌入式交付，保障产品稳定、可量产、可维护、可追溯。职位要求1.学历专业：本科及以上，电子、自动化、计算机、测控、机器人等相关专业。
2.工作经验：8年以上嵌入式开发经验，有穿戴设备 / 数据采集 / 机器人相关经验优先。
3.技术能力
-熟悉 ARM Cortex-M/A 等平台及相关应用实践。
-精通 RTOS 开发（FreeRTOS/RT-Thread/Zephyr 等）及Linux 等嵌入式系统开发。
-熟悉驱动 I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/USB 等接口，具备传感器采集开发经验。
-精通蓝牙（BLE）、Wi-Fi、USB等无线/有线通信协议的开发和调试，具备协议栈应用、驱动开发、性能优化的实际经验
-具备低功耗设计、功耗优化、硬件调试、稳定性优化能力。
4.加分项
-有动作捕捉、外骨骼、智能穿戴、惯性采集、肌电 / 力觉采集经验。
-具备多传感器数据采集、融合、处理的实际经验，熟悉信号处理算法和数据质量控制方法。
-有从 0 到 1 量产穿戴式产品经验。
