1、协助管理及评估用户代表接车及交车效率,持续优化服务流程,提供最佳用户接车及交付体验;
2、协助完成服务代表团队梯队建设,团队成员培训,统计、分析并改善团队成员的KPI数据;
3、进行跨部门沟通及协调,并在必要情况下协调服务资源(包括服务人员、配件);
4、负责维修内外返统计和汇总,及时处理因维修质量和服务所产生的现场抱怨。职位要求职位要求
