Job Description

数字营销-社媒上海全职品牌营销类职位描述1. 策略规划:可基于元气森林品牌的发展阶段及营销需求,自主策划品牌营销项目策略方案,协调品牌资源、落地亮点UGC活动,帮助品牌沉淀品牌资产;
2. 事件营销:提出事件的创意idea、内容策划和传播规划,基于线上线下传播给出具体的落地方案及推动执行(包括但不限于小红书、抖音、微博等平台);
3. 业务机制、流程梳理及统筹:基于数字营销全链路业务领域,优化设计并制定标准;统筹跨部门协同,知识经验交流,建立评估及决策机制并推动落地执行。
4. 用户沟通:洞察公司动态和消费品热点趋势,主动和粉丝创造沟通场域、反哺品牌和公司营销发展。
5. 跨部门/外部沟通:作为品牌发展部与市场、销售、设计、渠道及外部合作伙伴的桥梁,推动资源协调和高效落地。职位要求1. 工作至少3年以上,在小红书做营销投放优先;
2. 有品牌营销策略、创意产出和媒介投放经验,有成功的事件营销case;
3. 熟悉社交媒体(抖音、B站、小红书、微博)的热点和打法,灵活运用达人资源,有0到1起号或项目涨粉case,有消费/生活方式/吃喝品牌的文案、创意、策划经验者优先;
4. 沟通表达界面好、有社牛属性,能把自己的创意和想法卖给别人;
5. 有创造意识、喜欢洞察趋势,习惯并擅于从表象挖掘背后的规律和逻辑,对工作投入度高愿意主动解决问题;
6. 乐观开放,愿意尝试新鲜事物,抗压力强且情绪稳定; 投递
