1. 熟悉職業安全衛生管理相關法規並負責執行推動環安衛危害鑑別與風險評估查核作業。 2. 依照總部安全衛生要求及指引，規劃、督導各廠區及部門職業安全衛生管理事項並進行相關改善作業。 3. 提供各部門主管有關職業安全衛生管理資料及建議，並針對安全衛生議題對內外部進行諮詢與溝通。 4. 規執行與更新各項安全衛生管理辦法(法規)，並負責ISO 45001&45001管理系統相關業務。 5. 進行災害事故之調查、分析與防範對策以提供建議改善事項。 6. 檢視公司內部機械裝置與實驗室設備，以確保其符合安全規範。 7. 外包人員及供應商職業安全衛生及環境監督管理，以確保其符合規範。 8. 職業安全衛生教育與訓練及宣導之相關規劃與推動事項。 9. 依照政府法規要求，配合定期申報作業(例如有害化學品) 10. 執行主管交辦有關環安衛事項。
1. 專科、大學、碩士，公共衛生相關、環境工程相關畢。 2. 具職安衛管理工作經驗1年以上。 3. 具乙級職業安全衛生技術士/管理員及甲級職安衛技術士/管理師證照。 4. 熟知職業安全衛生案例與法規，具備各作業場所之環境巡視能力。 5. 能熟練使用Microsoft Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）及其他報告製作軟體。 6. 具備細心、主動的工作態度，並能夠與部門及承攬商進行有效的溝通和協調。 7. 能夠獨立處理作業，良好的時間管理能力和自我驅動力。 8. 具汽車駕照並自備汽車(必要時須支援烏日、梧棲、雲林地區辦公室之職安衛工作)。
