【部署の説明】
営業拠点や委託先代理店に対し、募集管理や代理店管理の観点から教育や指導を行い、適切な募集管理態勢を構築すること、及び代理店登録や手数料支払い等のオペレーションなど、委託先代理店の管理に関して幅広い業務を行っています。
【職務内容】
◆当社の基幹システムのMigrationプロジェクト、新商品開発プロジェクト、その他個別プロジェクトにおける以下の対応
-システムの設計および開発のサポート（当社の基幹システムのMigrationプロジェクトのみ。主担当者が作成した要件定義書を理解の上、主担当者と共に、設計の検討や開発作業を実施いただきます）
-システムのユーザーテストの計画、実施、証跡資料作成
◆社内レポートのデータチェック（PBIやDatabricksで作成されたデータを、Excel上で確認）
トレーニングや重要な会議などのために出社が必要な日以外は、希望に応じてリモートワークが可能です。
【入社後の教育・研修について】
業務と並行して、当社のビジネスモデルや代理店手数料制度など必要な関連知識についてのトレーニングを数か月かけて実施予定

その他想定業界など：システムエンジニアまたはテスター経験３年以上
【Must】
・システムの開発・ユーザーテストまたは保守業務の経験
・要件資料やシステム設計書の解読・理解ができること
・要件及びシステム設計をもとにテストケースの作成およびテスト作業ができること
・開発チーム内の他のメンバーと協働して課題解決を図れること
【Want】
・保険会社やその他金融機関、またはその関連会社における代理店管理システムの開発・テストまたは保守業務の経験があること
・Excelを使用したデータチェックの業務経験があること
・英語によるコミュニケーションが可能なこと（Copilotなどの翻訳機能を使ってReading／Writhingができるレベル）
