主要工作內容：
-負責日常PCBA製造過程中的品質檢測與問題分析，確保產品符合標準規範。
-協助製造部門處理品質問題，並提出有效的改善建議，持續優化生產流程。
-跟進並執行內部品質審核，協助確保品質管理體系的運行。
-分析客戶的品質反饋，提供技術支持，協助解決品管相關問題。
-參與產品製程改善專案，協助實施品質改善計劃，並跟蹤改善效果。
人才需具備：
-經驗要求：具品管經驗者優先考慮。
-學歷要求：大學以上學歷，電子、工工、材料或相關領域背景尤佳。
-技能要求：熟悉品質管理、熟悉MS Office辦公軟體操作，具備挖掘問題肇因的意願。
-語言能力：中文流利，英文能夠閱讀基本技術文件者，英文郵件閱讀與回應者優先考慮。
-證照要求：具備相關品質管理證照（如ISO、IPC-A-610等）者優先考慮。
-出差需求：偶爾出差。
加分項目：
-具有製造業或電子產品領域的品質控制經驗。
-了解品質管理工具及方法（如P-FMEA、SPC、PDCA等）。
-具備團隊合作精神、厲害的溝通能力、追求紀律與正規化懷抱熱誠。
