FAE will be responsible for assuring proper execution of demo at our demo center facility located in Shanghai. This includes planning, execution, reporting, and customer management when at demo center.

Proper testing of each product on demo center site, including definition of Test plan for each tool and therefore guarantees the quality of our products.

Collaboration with other team in the company & customers to identify new business opportunities.

Backup regional application team whenever needed if needed

The principal roles include:

• Executing FAT plans (measurements, data analysis and result dissemination) while respecting key deadlines to guarantee that each new tool complies with well-defined performance specifications.

• Train the customer and team employees.

• Closely collaborating with the application team and customers to identify new use cases

• Testing new solutions and related software / hardware release.

• Helping to improve the documentation

• Working with the Field Service Engineer team and engineering team on continuous improvement programs to enhance the product quality.

• Documenting any non-conformity detected at customer site

Your profile:

• Engineer (BSC, MS) plus 3 years in Semiconductor Industry with strong knowledge in semiconductor processes & statistical analysis.

• Basic knowledge of Physics of Interferometry, Reflectometry, Defectivity and optics.

• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in autonomy and meet scheduled deliverables.

• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities

• Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes

• Fluent in English

• Occasional international travel is required
