Key Responsibilities:
スタイリングアドバイス、商品知識、視覚的に魅力的な店舗環境を通じて、優れた顧客体験を提供
売上データや顧客インサイトを分析し、店舗のビジュアル戦略に反映
季節のトレンドやブランドアイデンティティを反映した、インパクトのあるウィンドウディスプレイの設計・設置
マネキンのスタイリングやコーディネート提案を行い、顧客の購買意欲を高める
会社のガイドラインに沿ったマーチャンダイジングを行い、売場の統一感と商業的効果を確保
セールスチームをサポートし、日々の店舗運営に貢献しながら、シームレスな顧客体験を提供
高いビジュアルマーチャンダイジング基準を設定・維持し、チームメンバーへのトレーニングおよび指導を実施
ブランドアンバサダーとして、すべてのビジュアル要素が記憶に残る顧客体験につながるよう努める
顧客中心の考え方を持ち、視覚的ストーリーテリングと質の高いサービスを通じて店舗体験を向上させる視点
ウィンドウディスプレイ、マネキンスタイリング、売場演出など、ブランドのビジュアルガイドラインを実行できるスキル
最新のファッショントレンド、シルエット、季節ごとのスタイリングに関する深い理解と、それを魅力的なビジュアルに落とし込む情熱
KPI、売上データ、顧客フィードバックを活用し、ビジュアル戦略を通じて店舗パフォーマンスを向上させた経験
