1. 學歷：研究所（含）以上，金融、資訊管理、資訊工程、經濟或相關科系畢業。
2. 對區塊鏈技術與虛擬資產生態系具備基本認知。
3. 具備良好的資料蒐集、分析與報告撰寫能力，能獨立產出結構化之研究報告與簡報。
4. 良好的溝通協調能力與團隊合作精神，能有效進行跨部門溝通。
5. 中英文書寫及口語溝通能力良好（需閱讀英文法規、白皮書及產業研究報告）。
其他條件：
1. 具備金融業2年以上工作經驗者尤佳。
2. 具備基礎程式能力（如Python、SQL）或數據分析工具使用經驗者尤佳。
