The Position

策略与罕见病组

• 血液市场部整体策略规划，包括但不限于月度汇报，季度汇报，年度BP/BAP等

• 血液部门关键项目管理，PMO相关工作

• 患者管理/患者服务相关策略项目

• 基于AI和数据驱动的部门工作绩效管理

• 5 年以上市场及销售工作经验（其中市场营销经验不少于 2 年）。

• 药学、商业或相关专业本科及以上学历。

• 深厚的相关治疗领域（T.A.）背景，拥有稳固的专家（KOL）资源。

• 流利的英语沟通能力，能够胜任高频的跨语言交流。

• 卓越的人际沟通与协调能力。

• 在项目管理和创新领域拥有全面经验。

• 具备出色的解决问题和批判性思维能力。

• 具备极强的分析能力和战略思考能力。
