JLL Capital Marketsではオフィス、賃貸住宅、物流施設や商業施設をはじめ、データセンターなどのオルタナティブ不動産まで、あらゆる商業用不動産の売却や取得をサポートしております。
本ポジションではJLLジャパンのエクイティ・アドバイザリー・チームの一員として、エクイティ・アドバイザリー案件（JV、リキャピタライゼーション、M&A、ファンド・プレースメント）の獲得に向けた営業開拓と推進業務を担っていただきます。
本ポジションは事業拡大のため人員増員の採用です。

【業務内容】
・日本エクイティ ・アドバイザリー案件のプロジェクトレベルでディールチームをリードする。
・エクイティ・アドバイザリー業務において、日本キャピタル・マーケッツの関係者を中心とした顧客とのリレーションシップの管理・構築。
・人間関係や業界に関する見識を活用し、クロスセリングを通じて他の収入機会を創出する。
・エクイティ・アドバイザリーに関連する適切な市場をリードするアウトプット／分析のために、セクター・リサーチおよびストラテジー・リードと連携し、セクターの方向性を示す。
・日本の上場不動産会社（REIT／その他）のモニタリングと分析によるアイデア創出。
・トレンドと市場環境の変化を認識し、クライアントが環境の変化に戦略を適応させ、機会を活用できるようにする。
・JLL のソートリーダーシップに貢献し、日本のクライアント、業界フォーラム、イベントなどでプレゼンテーションを行う。

• 所在地： 東京都千代田区紀尾井町

• 最寄り駅： 地下鉄赤坂見附駅・永田町駅

【就業時間・休日】

• 就業時間： 9:00～17:10（休憩60分）

• フレックス勤務制： コアタイム有

• リモートワーク： リモート可（基本出社ベース）

• 休日： 週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始

【募集人員】1～3名

【必須条件：経験・スキル】

• 不動産仲介業者やアセットマネジメント会社、不動産金融など不動産業界での経験　5年以上

• MS Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）の基本操作スキル

• 高いコミュニケーション能力

• 4年制大学卒以上

【歓迎する経験・資格】

• 英語力：ビジネスレベル
