◆業務内容 コントローラーシップ統括は、日本の経理部門において、USGAAPおよび日本の会計基準に準拠した会計業務をリードし、管理します。主には、会計記録の維持と内部統制、財務報告、法規制要件の遵守、会計業務全般の指導が含まれます。【具体的な業務内容】・US GAAPに準拠しかつ日本の会計基準も網羅した財務報告を期限内に行う・差異分析や現状把握を通し、必要な場合は是正措置を行う・ ポリシーと内部統制要件の遵守と実施・アメリカおよび日本の法令と規制要件を遵守するため、既存/新規の法律の調査、将来の法律予測、要件遵守の実行、財務報告書の提出、経営陣への助言等を行う・ 日本基準での会計、所得税、消費税、その他特有の法律についての専門的な助言をマネジメントへ行う。・他のファイナンスチーム（例: 税務）と協力し、リーダーシップの承認のために正確な報告を行う。・ 内部および外部監査をサポートする・ チーム運営並びにメンバーの育成・M＆Aの支援並びに、買収企業の会計監督◆応募要件・米国会計基準（US GAAP）および国内の会計要件に関する深い知見・10年以上の関連業務経験・4大卒以上・ビジネスレベルの英語力◆望ましい経験・スキル・SAPまたは同様のERPアプリケーション使用経験・公認会計士（Chartered accountant）、CPA、または同等の資格を有する方◆期待するヒューマンスキル・高いコミュニケーション力・クライアントおよびアクセンチュア内の上級管理職と円滑にやり取りができる人
