Job Description

渠道销售-北部战区北京全职市场销售类职位描述1、目标渠道商的挖掘和洽谈合作;
2、渠道商的管理体系建设,包括招商、准入、考评、汰换机制等;
3、渠道商的运营策略建设,搭建并持续完善服务体验指标库、量化渠道商的过程和结果考核指标;
4、制定渠道发展规划,根据各个渠道商特点制定相应策略,协助渠道商完成销售目标,完成公司财务经营目标。职位要求1、本科优先;
2、能接受出差;
3、具备商务谈判技能,能够快速学习并转化知识;
4、在渠道建设上有体系性建设经验和结果交付;
