Job Responsibilities:
MKT 部門專員助理 工作內容
50%- 1. 行政與資源管理：提升部門營運效率
l管理部門 A&P 估價單彙整，請款流程與對帳，部門 T&E 費用管理與控制。
l安排與行銷相關部門內與跨部門會議與行程，彙整文件與報告資料。
l管理部門合約檔案與內部流程，協助行政事務推進。
l貴賓禮遇卡以及現金禮券的申請與印製。
l協助新人報到事宜。
lMarketing Director 費用請款。
20%- 2. 設計物與品牌布置管理：整合視覺資源
l負責店內與電子布置物數量統計、配送安排與陳列協調，管理電子佈置物的上架與維護。
l確保布置物使用符合品牌形象，並定期優化曝光策略。
10%-3. 行銷專案與部門支援：協助規劃與執行各類活動
l負責區域行銷活動執行與追蹤，協助單點業績成長。
l支援 PM 進行行銷專案的推進。
l撰寫與發布行銷活動公文，統籌內部通知作業。
10%-4. 銷售數據與市場資訊分析：為決策提供數據與市場洞察
l檢視每週品牌力追蹤，提供 PM & Agency了解投資效果。
l製作與分析各類銷售報表，支援定期與即時性業務需求（如日報、週報、月報）。
10%-5. 支援 Marketing Director ，執行 Ad-hoc 專案與部門活動
