作為華邦的(竹北) 資訊系統工程師_端點管理與服務支援 ，你將協助內部需求部門建置完善的資訊系統平台，促進企業內部運作並提升生產力。工作內容包含：
【工作內容】
1. 負責組織內硬體終端設備（如PC、NB、平板電腦、會議室設備）的配置、維護和管理，確保其正常運作
2. 管理和維護PC/NB的標準安裝映像檔，並根據組織需求進行更新或優化
3. 負責微軟Windows作業系統的管理，包括但不限於系統配置、更新、補丁安裝和安全性維護
4. 負責OA相關應用軟體的資產管理，包括軟體的採購、更新、授權和盤點
5. 管理終端使用者的軟體及應用軟體，包括安裝、配置、更新和故障排除
6. 為組織內部員工提供軟體和硬體相關的技術支援和問題解決方案

5. 熟悉映像檔製作工具(如 MDT、Sysprep、DISM)者佳
6. 熟悉資產管理工具(如 MECM、Lansweeper)者佳
7. 熟悉 Microsoft 365 與常見 OA 軟體者佳
8. 熟悉 ITSM 軟體者佳
9. 熟悉 PowerShell 或其他程式自動化工具者佳
10 具 Intune 或 Autopilot、Bitlocker管理經驗者佳
