Financial Control & Management Divisionは会計、支払業務、経費管理、財務・規制報告、税務、マネジメントレポーティング、そして企画・分析に関する事項を担当しています。
Financial Control & Management Division において、本ポジションは管理会計およびマネージメントレポーティングチームの各重要なタスクを担っていただきます。

1) 経費に関する月次・四半期・年次決算および外部報告資料の作成
2) 経費の管理会計およびローカル／グループへのレポーティング
3) 中期経費予算の策定、実績分析、コストコントロール
4) 計画進捗管理および最適投資に向けた助言
5) 全社向けマネジメントレポートの作成・報告
6) 中期計画策定プロセスのリード

【職務内容/ Job Description】

以下の業務の実行を担います。

1) 会社費用管理
▪費用における決算業務の実行
- 会社全体の費用における月次・四半期・年次決算業務とそれに付随するコントロールの強化
- 費用に関する実績分析
- 消費税等税額計算、調整、費用に関する監査及び検査対応
- 会社費用における会計規程のレビュー・更新、経理処理手順書のレビュー
- 各種本社レポーティングのレビュー
▪費用にかかる会計や税務方針の提案・監督
- NN Groupやその他会計基準に則った内部会計規則の管理・監督
- 会計処理マニュアルの見直しと更新
- その他、会計および税務判断における財務会計チームのサポート
▪中期費用計画策定、予実分析、年間費用着地予測、コスト管理の実行
- 会社全体の中期計画のうち費用予算の策定
- 全ビジネスエリアとの予算策定折衝
- 予算実行フェーズにおける予実分析を通した、ビジネス投資における費用管理

2) マネージメントレポーティング
財務・業績情報などを含む定期報告レポートのレビュー。NNジャパン経営陣やNNグループ本社への報告。ステークホルダーに適切な情報を提供することで、短期・長期目標における意思決定を間接・直接的にサポートする
- 四半期・半期・年次業績の予算比・前年同期比分析
- オランダ本社や日本における経営陣への四半期・半期・年次各種レポートの作成・レビュー
- 全社中期計画・予算策定のプロセスリード、本社報告書作成
- その他社内外における各種レポーティング対応

【Explanation of division】

Financial Control & Management Division is in charge of matters concerning accounting, payment operation, expense control, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, management reporting, as well as planning and analysis.
In Financial Control & Management division, this position plays a key role in for management accounting and management reporting team who is responsible for:

1) Montly, quarterly, annual closing for company expenses. Prepare expense related disclosures in external financial and regulatory reporting (e.g. Financial Service Authority, Life Insurance Association of Japan)
2) Management accounting for expenses, reporting to local management team and NN group
3) Mid term expense budgeting, acutal vs plan analysis, cost control and support the management team's decition making
4) Monitoring of plan progression, adivse for optimal business investment
5) Prepare regular company wide management reporting and report to the local managements and group headoffice
6) Lead the mid term planning discussion

【Job Description】

Execute tasks including;

1) Company cost management
・Regular closing, financial and management accounting and reporting for expenses
・Review and manage the regular expense closing process by communicating with other functions / divisions to ensure it is completed within the required timeline
・Control enhancement on closing process
・Review and perform variance analysis on key differences in company expenses
・Respond to tax authority audits and external auditor inquiries and material requests on expense matters in a timely manner, including engagement of tax consultants where necessary
■Review and update accounting policy and tax treatment
・Control the accounting internal policy in accordance with the head office / local regulation
・Review and update accounting procedure manuals
・Support Financial Accounting team for expense accounting and tax treatment
■Expense budgeting, forecasting and analysis
・Mid term planning for company expenses
・Analyse actual vs plan and forecast, and provide support to management team for their decision making with insightful information

2) Management Reporting
Prepare management reports focusing on finacial related topics and deliver those to local management team and NN Group on a timely manner.
・Analyse finanical results
・Prepare quarterly, semi annual and annual report for NN headoffice and the local management
・Facilitate mid term planning discussion at the company level, and drive the execution
・Provide necessary information which supports managements' decision making
・Other adhoc reporting

<Experience, skill and knowledge>

- Experience working in life insurance industory, Good understanding of life insurance financials
- Experience working in management reporting and business planning
- Experience working in or have deep knowledge in capital analysis and management
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative skill and analytical skill, strategic, logical and critical thinking
- Basic understanding of accounting rules - IFRS/JGAAP, and of solvency - ICS/Solvency II(PIM)
- Must be bilingual (English and Japanese)
- Similar level of University degree in Finance or MBA or their equivalent expertise
- Highly motivated and good organizational and time management skills
- Strong team player, proactive, excellent leadership&ownership, collaboration and communication skills
